Sometimes, The Fact That I Am Legally An Adult Worries Me.

Look, guys: this is what happens when you encourage me in my endeavours to assign Pokémon to every character ever created.

Is there a Pokémon move that induces sparkling? Because Clefairy's just Metronomed it up.

[livejournal.com profile] zeitheist suggested that Armstrong would have either an enormous Fighting-type Pokémon or a Clefairy. Whilst Machoke certainly looks like Armstrong, I have no doubt that he would have a Clefairy and pamper it to bits.

(IMPORTANT QUESTION: is Armstrong a vampire? He has incredible strength! He sparkles! He possesses, ahem, inhuman beauty!

Imagine what Twilight would have been like had Major Armstrong taken the place of Edward. He would have given Bella a hug, and every bone in her body would have broken.)

As for Edward, Roy attempts to assign him an Aron, because giving the Fullmetal Alchemist a Pokémon made out of living steel amuses him. Ed is not impressed.

Yeah, thanks a freaking lot.

He's going to stick with the Eevee his mother gave him, thanks.

So cute! I MEAN INTIMIDATING PLEASE DON'T KILL ME ED

Again, these ideas can be attributed to/blamed on [livejournal.com profile] zeitheist:

I like the idea that Roy would assign Ed an Aron (and then snigger a lot), but I've gotta say, I think Ed's Pokemon would be an Eevee. Partly because of Eevee's versatile nature and multiple evolutionary options, but mostly because I love the idea of everybody teasing Ed about having a cute Pokemon and then his Eevee BITING THEIR KNEECAPS OFF.

I'm not sure what Ed would eventually evolve his Eevee into, if he chose to evolve it at all. Perhaps a Jolteon?

Actually, no. You know who would have a Jolteon? Riza Hawkeye. Let me take a moment to illustrate this:

Alternatively, a bird Pokémon. (Yes, zeitheist again.)

They would make such a good team!

[livejournal.com profile] adraekh thinks that Roy would have a Ninetales, and, after some consideration, I have decided that she is absolutely right. However, finding a good picture into which to add his Pokémon is proving surprisingly difficult.

You're probably not actually that upset by this.

(EDIT: [livejournal.com profile] theoret has rectified the lack beautifully.)
