Catching The Train To Starmore.
Feb. 3rd, 2008 10:43 amI spent yesterday with
th_esaurus, which was absolutely lovely. Although we did watch No Country for Old Men, which freaked me out quite a lot. I HAD NOT EXPECTED THE PSYCHOTIC MURDERER TO DO QUITE SO MUCH MURDERING. But the rest of the day was more or less devoid of scary scary killers, and instead it had lovely things like ice-cream and Simon Amstell and hilarious parodies of eighties television, so overall it was a very good day! Even if I did come home to find that my brother's drunken louts of friends had thrown up over much of the house.
I appear - this is entirely the fault of RD and her mishearing of The Adventure of the Three Garridebs - to be writing a Sherlock Holmes fanfic called The Adventure of the Three Gyarados, in which James of Team Rocket asks Sherlock Holmes to help him hunt down the Magikarp salesman who conned him on the S.S. Anne.
I don't even know.
