Aang's Pokémon, Of Course, Is Appa.
Dec. 18th, 2008 12:28 pmI watched Crustacés et Coquillages (Cockles and Muscles) yesterday, and ashdgjafkjhjgghh how much do I love Martin/Charley? It is not an excellent film, but I had to watch it the whole way through because I 'shipped it so freaking much. There is no fanfiction, and that makes me sad.
More Avatar! I am now up to 'City of Walls and Secrets'.
( Minor spoilers up to there. )
At the moment, my Pokémon-for-the-Avatar-characters theories (you knew I had them) are as follows: Zuko has a Flareon. Katara has a Vaporeon. Azula, just to follow the pattern, has a Jolteon.
Iroh has a Vulpix. He grooms her with loving care.
Toph has a Geodude. Can Geodude hover? They're sometimes portrayed as hovering. Well, this particular Geodude tries not to hover too much, because he knows that not being able to see him makes Toph uncomfortable.
Sokka may, perhaps, have a Cubone. I'm hesitant about this, because perhaps a Ground type is an illogical choice for a member of the Water Tribe, especially as water hurts Ground types, but Sokka isn't actually a bender, and, hey, Cubone knows Bonemerang. I think Sokka would approve.
